DO I NEED A LAWYER?
If the application is very simple and you are 100% confident making the application yourself, then you probably do not require a lawyer. It is our experience that sometimes clients make mistakes that lead to the application being refused. It is best to consult a lawyer before submitting your application. Here at Chancery Solutions we can review your application before it is submitted or we can make the application on your behalf.
DO I NEED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE
We like welcoming clients in our office. Whenever possible we would like to meet our clients in person. However, we know that this is not always possible. Our lawyers have great deal of experience advising clients over the phone, WhatsApp, Skype and by emails. The quality of advice is always more important than the location of the advisor. If you do not wish to communicate via email and telephone, then it might be best to seek a local lawyer.
ARE YOU A FIRM OF SOLICITORS?
We are not a firm of solicitors. We are an Immigration Law Firm regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) in the UK.
An OISC law firm is a firm that practises immigration law and is subjected to regular audits and competency.
